Parted Waters is a true story that I wrote about finding someone that you love after many years and someone who is really far away and kind of just wondering whether or not the time and distance is going to separate you or be able to bring you together.

Anna La Mare was Born in NY and raised in the South, Australia, and Europe, this nomadic singer/songwriter's sound is inherently a blend of grassroots storytelling from the US and British Isles, entwined with the darker twists of a Southern Gothic palate. Don't hesitate to ask her the stories behind the lyrics - for each song has one. In essence, her music and her voice are a dynamic duo that showcase the versatility of Americana at its core.
