If you want to run your email with ZOHO mails in your cPanel hosting then in that case follow the steps given below:
Step::1 Begin the Sign Up process with ZOHO mail
Step::2 Go to the URL- https://workplace.zoho.in/orgsignup.do
Step::3 Here enter your domain name and click on Add
Step::4 Next in Domain Verification page, click on Choose and then select cPanel
Now there are 3 methods to verify one is TXT method another is CNAME method and the other one is HTML method
However we are going through TXT method for verification, you can choose any other other method for verification
Step::5 Now login to your cPanel and then go to Zone Editor under DOMAINS section
Step::6 Click on Manage button
Step::7 Choose Add TXT Record under the Add Record drop-down
Step::8 Now paste those TXT Records here which you copied earlier from ZOHO mail page
Step::9 Click on Add Record
Now in this way TXT Record is added successfully and now your domain is also verified
Step::10 Next you need to Add Users
Here you can add new users to manage different email accounts.
Step::11 In the same way you can also create groups
Step::12 Next you will to Configure Email Delivery page
Here you need to create MX Records with the following name. To do this proceed further
Step::13 Go back to cPanel and then click on Zone Editor
Step::14 Create all the 3 MX Records one by one
Step::15 Once you have added MX Records, similarly create TXT records for SPF & DKIM
Step::16 In order to configure DKIM , tap on Edit icon

Step::17 Next click over Add Selector button
Step::18 Enter the Selector name and click on Save button
Step::19 This will generate a new TXT Record, copy it and again go back to Zone Editor in cPanel
Step::20 Now here you need to add new TXT Record for DKIM
Step::21 Enter those copied TXT record and then click on Add Record button
In this way both SPF & DKIM records are added successfully
Step::22 Next step is about Email Migration
Here you can migrate all of your emails. Therefore you can also configure this with your mobile application.

Now all the basic setups are completed successfilly. Now you can start using your ZOHO mail services.
