In this episode, Christian Rivera talks about how INTPs have expressed confusion over whether or not they have a mood disorder or potentially ADHD. Why do INTPs think they have a disorder? What can we do about it? When I started this podcast and YouTube channel, it was intending to explore what the difference is between my personality and my mental health. This video is meant to address some of those concerns of INTPs to talk a bit about the INTP experience and my own experience as someone who has inattentive ADHD, C-PTSD, and pseudo-cyclothymia, a form of bipolar disorder.
