STUD GUN SETUP FOR HEADED USING SPLIT FOOT PIECE

In this video we will show you what accessories are needed and how to install them to an Arc Stud Gun when stud welding a 3/4" Headed Stud and using a split foot piece. In this video we are setting the gun up for a 3/4" Headed Stud but other headed stud sizes use similar accessories.

The "Stickout" past the ferrule will change if the headed stud diameter changes.

1/4-1/2 Stickout = 1/8"
5/8-3/4 Stickout = 3/16"
7/8-1" Stickout 1/4"

3/4" Through Deck Approximate 3/8"
