Kali ni saya akan kongsikan resepi kek mentega oren yang menggunakan jus oren segar dengan parutan kulit oren yang bersitrus. Tekstur kek oren ini lembut dan lembap, dan tidak mudah berderai. Nikmati kek oren yang menyegarkan ini untuk sajian minum petang anda.

Jumlah hidangan : 1 buku kek bersaiz 7 X 7 inci

❤️BAHAN-BAHAN :
250 gram mentega bergaram (lembutkan) | 1 cawan
1/8 sudu teh garam
200 gram gula pasir halus / gula kastor | 1 cawan
5 biji telur gred A (suhu bilik)
Parutan kulit oren dari 2 biji oren Navel | 9 gram
250 gram tepung gandum | 2 cawan
15 gram tepung jagung | 2 sudu besar
8 gram baking powder | 2 sudu teh
60 ml jus oren segar | 1/4 cawan (sebiji oren dapat dalam 1/4 ~ 1/3 cawan jus)
30 ml susu penuh krim/ susu segar | 2 sudu besar

LOYANG 7 X 7 INCI

SUHU MEMBAKAR :170℃ | 340℉ selama 60~65 minit pada rak paling bawah, api atas bawah sehingga lidi pencucuk bersih jika dicucuk di bahagian tengah kek. Ketuhar dipanaskan selama 15 minit.

❤️INGREDIENTS :
250 grams softened salted butter | 1 cup
1/8 tsp salt
200 grams fine granulated sugar/ caster sugar | 1 cup
5 large eggs (room temperature)
9 grams orange zest (from 2 Navel oranges)
250 grams all purpose flour | 2 cups
15 grams corn flour | 2 tbsp
8 grams baking powder | 2 tsp
60 ml orange juice | 1/4 cup (you can get 1/4~1/3 cup juice from 1 orange)
30 ml full cream milk/ fresh milk | 2 tbsp

BAKING PAN : 7 X 7 INCHES

BAKING TEMPERATURE : 170℃ | 340℉ for 60~65 minutes, until inserted skewer comes out clean at bottom rack, top & bottom heat mode. Oven is preheated for 15 minutes.
