UPDATE: Since the MLC opened its doors, the MLC now collects your mechanical royalties that Harry Fox and Music Reports used to collect from The DSPs. Music Reports and the Harry Fox Agency still collect mechanical royalties from companies that did not opt into the blanket license with the MLC. Harry Fox no longer offers free registrations. You must become a member to join. They also collect your mechanicals internationally.

UPDATE: CDBaby has closed its Pro division and has implemented CDB Boost in its place. Collecting from the MLC, SoundExchange, and Sync royalties.
