How to Install a SIM Card to Realme 15

The Realme 15 supports Nano SIM cards and a microSD card for storage expansion. To use mobile network services, you must first insert a SIM card correctly. Follow the steps below to install it safely.

Step 1: Power Off the Device

⮕ Press and hold the Power button located on the right side of your Realme 15.
⮕ When the power menu appears, select Power Off.
⮕ Wait until the device shuts down completely before proceeding.

Step 2: Locate the SIM Card Tray

⮕ The SIM card tray is located on the left side of the Realme 15.
⮕ You will see a small pinhole near the tray slot.

Step 3: Insert the Ejector Tool

⮕ Use the SIM ejector tool provided in the box.
⮕ Insert the tip of the tool firmly into the pinhole until the tray pops out slightly.
⮕ Pull the tray out gently with your fingers.

Step 4: Place the SIM Card(s)

⮕ The tray supports dual Nano SIM cards or one Nano SIM + one microSD card.
⮕ Place the SIM card into the tray with the gold contacts facing down and the cut corner aligned with the tray.
⮕ If using two SIMs, place both cards in their respective slots.
⮕ Optionally, insert a microSD card into the dedicated slot if available.

Step 5: Reinsert the SIM Card Tray

⮕ Carefully align the tray with the slot and slide it back into the phone until it fits securely.
⮕ Ensure it is inserted fully and properly to avoid connectivity issues.

Step 6: Power On the Device

⮕ Press and hold the Power button until the Realme logo appears.
⮕ The device will boot up and detect the SIM card(s).

Step 7: Verify SIM Card Detection

⮕ Once the phone is on, check the status bar at the top of the screen.
⮕ You should see the network signal bars for the inserted SIM card(s).
⮕ If prompted, enter your SIM PIN code to activate the service.

✅ You have now successfully installed a SIM card (and optional SD card) into your Realme 15.
