Ingredients :-
Curd :- 1/2 Kg
Gram Flour / Besan :- 3 Tablespoon
Onion :- 1 Piece
Coriander Leaves :- 4 Teaspoon
Turmeric :- 3 Pinch
Red Chili Powder :- 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt :- 3 Teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste :- 2 Teaspoon
Green Chilies :- 7
Curry Leaves :- 25-30
Cumin Seeds :- 2 Teaspoon
Dry Coriander :- 1 Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds:- 3 Teaspoon
Mustard Seeds :- 1/2 Teaspoon
Fennel Flower :- 2 Pinch
Garlic :- 8-10 Pieces
Dried Red Chilis :- 7-8
Cooking Soda:- 2 Pinch
