How to Make a First Aid Kit for Hiking and Backpacking

Описание к видео How to Make a First Aid Kit for Hiking and Backpacking

When we are trekking deep in the wilderness – assuming we want to return home - safety is paramount! Therefore, it is vital that we carry a well-stocked first aid kit in our packs. In this video I will take you inside my favorite To-Go size first aid kit that can handle a wide range of emergencies such that you can make your own, which I highly recommend!

With a small kit, we have to be pragmatic about what it is capable of, but if you include the proper items it can really pack a punch!
