Finding a mentor who fits your needs and will be able to champion your success is vital. In this moderated Q&A session, hear from experts in the surgical field and discuss how to find the best mentor that fits your needs as a surgeon. Panelists will be from the International Relations Committee, International Medical Graduate Subcommittee, Women in Surgery Committee, and the Committee to Advance DEI.
