Carjacking, robbery leads to shooting death of nurse at senior living facility, Memphis Police say

A nurse died following a robbery and carjacking at a Raleigh senior living facility. Memphis Police (MPD) are identifying the victim as a woman, confirming she was shot. Police also confirmed the shooting was the result of a carjacking.

FOX13 spoke with people who have loved ones who live at the facility.

“It’s horrible. I can’t imagine anybody wanting to take somebody over a car,” said Shannon Fuller, whose mom lives at the senior community.
