I am hoping this is helpful to anyone about to build out their own farm or homestead on raw land!

I bought my land knowing it only came with a well. I had to have the septic done and the electric brought to the front of the property (this was a nightmare and I am happy to explain it further in other videos).

When I bought the land, it had nothing on it - not even a driveway. This has been built, piece-by-piece, thanks to the Amish and is what I call my own little 'Sims' land lol.
