Back Roll

Yesterday I tried a new element - the roll of the disc over the shoulders behind the head (Back Roll). I peeped this element from Jan Sorensen (Denmark). The perfect execution of this element for me is when the disc rolls smoothly over the body, leaving no sharp corners or gaps.

Of course, it's difficult on the first attempt, but I think I'm on the right way.
