AMAZON INDIA fraud : LOST Rs 9000, Lifebuoy soap in MI REDMI Y1 32 gb packet - 19 NOV 17

Did I got My money back??? Amazon did fraud again

I lost my Rs 9000 because of fraud from AMAZON.in the worst company with worst service ever. I purchased Redmi Y1 32 gb on 15 November and when I received the packet I saw that the sealed was tampered and the box was pasted with fevicol so I called amazon and registered a complained, after 5 days they are saying me that They have investigated and they are saying that the intact phone was delivered to me, WHICH is not true at all and they are saying that they will NOT PROVIDE any replacement or refund but really I have received this packet which contains soap. My request to amazon is to please refund my money ASAP.

PLEASE SHARE THIS VIDEO EVERYWHERE AND LET US AWARE EVERY PERSON ABOUT THIS KIND OF FRAUD FROM AMAZON.

AND ALSO PLEASE HELP ME AND SUGGEST ME ANY WAY SO THAT I CAN GET MY REFUND.
