The most iconic Mutton in Delhi at Sadar Bazaar. A dhaba which begun with two friends making nice mutton. They both had the same name hence Ashok & Ashok Meat. The mutton is prepared in Pure desi ghee. A daughter of Ashok Ji and her husband are running this place. I loved the concept of heating the mutton on the sigdi using coal.
