Today I’m testing what is one of the cheapest accessories you can buy from Insta360 - but it might just be the next best thing you can get apart from a new mic. Actually, scratch that. Because you can’t attach a mic to the cameras I’m talking about. Nope, the Go 3 and Go 3s can not attach to an external mic by physical connection or bluetooth, or wifi. I know. This is sad. And this means that, sometimes - the audio can be, let’s say, a little suboptimal. So, let’s test these $10 wind muffs. Simple shaped bit of foam. Can they really improve the sound quality captured by the mics? Let’s experiment and you might be surprised at the results.
