This template is built off the idea of a single place for all your team's tickets to live (I call them tickets but they can be issues, projects, tasks, etc).

Tickets are added to the main database and can have a status of Open, In Progress, Testing, Reopened, Await Go Live and Placed Live. They can be dragged and dropped easily between these statuses.

The team page shows a separate page for each member of your team as well as a backlog page and an unassigned page. The backlog page shows all tickets where *In Sprint* is not ticked. When it's ticked, the ticket automatically moves out of the backlog page and into your team member's page. If the ticket hasn't been assigned to anybody, it will appear in the unassigned page.

The projects page is a place where you can spec out your big projects. These can then be linked back to your open tickets so you can easily keep track of what tickets relate to what project.
