We ALL have bias. This is a popular training topic that has become a focus of discussion largely due to incidents of racial unrest and protest. If it is a fact that we ALL have bias, how can we move beyond it? Lisa Johnson, SHRM-SCP is a professional speaker, author and leadership coach. As owner of HR Know-How consultancy she helps busy professionals build their leadership skills. She is published in the anthology Imagination@Work: Shifting Boundaries in The Modern Workplace. She is a member of the National Speakers Association. She serves on the Board of Directors of Town & Country Bank and Trust Company and of Catholic Charities of Louisville. She is Immediate Past President of the Louisville Society for Human Resource Management and HR Director for Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Lisa is a 1998 alumnus of Lewis University.
