MECHANICAL WORK:
DIESEL SERVICE.

REPLACE ROCKER COVER GASKET.
REPLACE FUEL FILTER AND AIR FILTER.
REPLACE COOLANT PIPE.
REPLACE WATER PUMP.

OIL LEAK:
REPLACE REAR CRANKSHAFT SEAL.
TRANSMISSION REMOVED TO ACCESS PART.
TRANSMISSION SERVICE.
REMOVE TRANSMISSION PAN AND REPLACE FILTER AND FLUID.

OIL LEAK:
FOUND ENGINE OIL SUMP LEAKING SLOWLY. REMOVE ENGINE OIL SUMP AND RESEALED WITH LIQUID GASKET.

INTERMITTENT POWER STEERING LOSS:
CHECKED RESERVOIR AND FOUND NO FLOW. REMOVE AND CLEAN RESERVOIR, FLUSH POWER STEERING SYSTEM AND BLEED ALL POWER STEERING LINES AND INSTALL BACK TOGETHER. FOUND STRONG FLOW IN THE RESERVOIR AND AFTER TEST DRIVE, POWER STEERING LOSING PRESSURE SLOWLY THEN COMES BACK WHEN REVVING THE ENGINE. SUSPECT FAULTY POWER STEERING PUMP. REPLACE PUMP WITH AFTERMARKET PUMP SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMER. TEST OKAY.

REBUILD LEFT REAR CALIPER.
REPLACE REAR BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS.
FRONT CALIPERS PULLED DOWN FREED UP & RE-GREASED
FLUSH & BLEED BRAKE SYSTEM.

CHECK STEERING AND SUSPENSION FOR DAMAGED/WORN PARTS.

LEFT FRONT CAMBER ON MAXIMUM ADJUSTMENT SUSPECT WORN BUSH. REPLACE REAR LOWER ARM INNER AND OUTER BUSHES. REPLACE REAR SWAYBAR "D" BUSHES AND INSTALLED BACK INTO PLACE. REPLACE BOTH FRONT LOWER ARM CAMBER AND CASTER ADJUSTEMT BUSHES.

NOTE: A/C was De/Re-gassed during service at no cost but has since lost gas over the last 6 months (suspect o-ring failure)

During this time I was going to sort the timing chain but this was identified that it had recently been replaced along with a new head & gasket.

OTHERS:

Vehicle is "Switched"
2x Recovery Tracks
Drivers Window Regulator replaced and working well.
Rear Door Latch and Front door (open sensors) replaced.
