Clinical Features:
A middle aged obese female patient came with nonspecific abdominal pain.

Ultrasound Features:
Homogeneously hyperechoic hepatic parenchyma with moderate sound beam attenuation causing impaired visualization of the intrahepatic vessels & diaphragm.

Remember:
Chronic hepatitis won’t cause sound attenuation, but steatosis will.
