Artist Jeff Koons and actress and playwright Anna Deavere Smith chat with Darren Walker, president of the Ford Foundation, about storytelling and how artists use their work to present narrative in various ways.  

The Foundation for Art and Preservation in Embassies is the leading non-profit organization dedicated to providing permanent works of American art for U.S. embassies worldwide, through site-specific commissions, original print and photography collections, preservation projects and other arts initiatives. For over twenty-five years, FAPE has contributed to the U.S. Department of State’s mission of cultural diplomacy by partnering with American artists whose works encourage cross-cultural understanding within the diplomatic community and the international public.
