This glitch can be done an infinite number of times, as long as you don't defeat the Trainer that you use to escape from.

Sorry about me fidgeting with the buttons a lot. It's just a weird habit of mine.

I wanted to make a video on how to do this glitch the easiest way possible. Hopefully the directions are easy to follow. If not you can always ask a question in the comments and I'll answer it. I do trip up on my words here and there in the video, but hopefully I get better with that in the future.
