Part 1 - Shenzhen Chinsources Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. established on 2009. It focuses on the High-Tech manufacture of the Inspection camera, medical video instruments, and smart wearable products. Their products have been exported to Germany, UK, Korea, USA, and Japan etc.

Product
The company produces 50 products which can be classified into two types. The major one is industry products of which the major products are endoscopies, including the Industrial endoscope, USB snake-tube endoscope, Optical fiber endoscope, Wireless video endoscope, Hand-held industrial endoscope, The pipeline detects endoscope and Car detection endoscope. Another type is medical products, including Baby monitor, Portable electronic endoscope, etc.

1. Lean use of Human Resources
They have 20 workers in the factory which we have visited. Most of the workers are local people. They worked on a assemble line. Each of them handled one process. They could only make one type product at the same time. And can produce 200 items one day. When it comes to the busy season, the company will hire temporary local workers. The assemble line can immediately extend to 40 workers.

2. Own R&D
The company has research and development bases in Shenzhen and Dongguan. There is about 270 staff in their company. R&D staff make up about 20%.

3. Imported Machinery
The company had imported 30 manufacturing equipment and detecting instruments from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. Their own factory has a Mold and equipment manufacturing center.

4. Cooperation with other factories in order to scale production.
They are corporate with two factories which have 3,000 workers in total. They can produce 60,000 units a month.
