Happy early Valentine's Day Friends! We've been receiving a lot of emails lately about making another bath bomb video. However, this time we wanted to try a different recipe that could be packed inside of silicone molds instead of traditional bath bomb molds. So today, we're making mini heart-shaped bath bombs that fizz a lot.

The best part about this craft is that the recipe calls for coconut oil as to bind the other ingredients together instead of water. In the past, we've noticed too much water will actually active the citric acid. Something you definitely don't want to happen until you're ready to use them in the bath or shower. We were pleasantly surprised at how well our bath bombs held together and the beautiful aroma they let out as the bath bomb was dropped in the water.

Ingredients necessary to make heart shaped fizzy bath bombs:
• 1/4 cup of citric acid
• 1/4 c of baking soda
• 2 Tablespoons of cornstarch
• 2 Table spoons of melted coconut oil
• 1-3 drops of kid friendly essential oils
• Food coloring
• 1 mini silicone heart mold or any other mod of your choice.

Please note: if your bath bomb mixture doesn't hold it's shape when squeeze it, you probably need to add a little more melted coconut oil. If the mixture is too crumbly add a few more drops of coconut oil to keep the ingredients bonded.

These little bath bomb hearts turned out super cute and could be put in a jar for valentine's day, mother's day or make a great teachers gift. We hope you give them a try!
