Very simple recipe of making protein powder at home which is not only a protein powder but a magical drink to lose weight to protect your body against cancer as cells and also to get overall health benefit.
To Make Homemade Protein Powder Ingredients
Almonds - 50 Gms
Cashew Nuts - 50 Gms
Pistachio - 50 Gms
Walnuts - 50Gms
Roasted Chane- 100Gms
Melon Seeds - 50 Gms
Pumpkin Seeds - 50 Gms
Sunflower Seeds - 50 Gms
Makhana / Fox Nuts - 50 Gms
Rock Candy - 30 Gms
Method
In a pan, add 30g each of almonds, cashews, pistachios, and walnuts. Also add 50g roasted gram (pottukadalai), and 10g each of dry dates seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
Dry roast everything on low flame for 3–4 minutes until aromatic. Once done, transfer to a plate and let it cool.
In the same pan, add 50g lotus seeds (makhana) and roast them gently on low flame for 3–4 minutes until crisp.
Transfer this too to the same plate and let everything cool completely.
Once cooled, add the roasted items to a mixer jar. Add 30g of rock sugar (kalkandu) and ¼ tsp saffron (optional) for color and mild sweetness. Grind everything into a smooth powder.
Your aromatic and healthy protein mix is ready!
Store it in an airtight container in the fridge and use within a week.
To enjoy, mix 2 tsp of this powder with hot milk.
