Bear Creek Winery uses Pulsair' Crush Cart for mixing and blending wine tanks. Wine additions such as yeast, CMC stabilizers, sulfur dioxide and more can be quickly and uniformly blended into any volume wine tank using sequentially injected pulses of compressed nitrogen bubbles. With zero in-tank components, Pulsair's all-pneumatic air/gas tank blending solution is faster to sanitize, clean and thoroughly blend than any recirculating wine pump or racking port mechanical or side-entry mixer.

Kautz Farms
With over 7,000 acres of vineyards in the Lodi and Sierra Foothills appellations, Kautz Family Farms is a major supplier of wine grapes to the California wine industry. Kautz Farms started in the hands of John Kautz, a young row crop farmer from Lodi who saw a future in growing wine grapes in the region. Starting with just 12 acres in 1948, John quickly built an excellent reputation as a dedicated farmer. In 1968, he decided to plant wine grapes knowing the special qualities and unique micro-climate of the up and coming Lodi Appellation. With the help of his family, they were able to grow the business by selling grapes, bulk wines, and branded goods to become the California Association of Winegrape Growers 2012 Grower of the Year.
