Colorado GOP Rep Lauren Boebert is seen running up the steps of Congress to make the Debt Ceiling Vote, but as good as she is at running with heel shoes, she has "to be quicker than that".

The Congressional Record for May 31, 2023, the date of the Debt Ceiling vote, shows that Lauren Boebert told the Clerk of the House that she missed the vote because she was "unavoidably detained".

It wasn't a "no show protest", she just lied.
