EGR Blanking + EGR Cooler Delete on Audi A3 2.0 TDi

This is a process for blanking the EGR valve and deleting the EGR cooler on an Audi A3 with a 2.0 TDi PD engine (BKD 140)

The reason for blanking was that the entire EGR system was clogging up the intake, as well as restricting the airflow. Despite being flushed and cleaned multiple times it was still throwing faults on the dashboard so I had it blanked out and ECU reprogrammed. No bother since.

I imagine the process will be similar on most VAG vehicles (Volkswagen, Seat, Škoda and Audi) with a PD engine.
