Played with default settings : extend at 30k, 200k and 500k.
This game have big bonus point when you clear it :
Remaining lives in stock x 100.000 pts
Number of hidden stage x 100.000 pts
Number of fairy x 10.000 pts
If you sacrifice all remaining lives in stock in bonus prison (round 36), you can score 86.000 pts with 3 fairy per life : 86.000 + (3 x 10.000) = 116.000 pts. it's worth the sacrifice !!
I got many favorable random bonus points, especially on round 5 (a rare 1up = 100k), round 7, round 23, round 24, round 29, round 39.
However, this game have an infinite scoring pattern on final round 44. I show in omake replay here :
