Follow Jan 31 || Berlin Bike Messenger

After some weeks of January blues, the follow series goes on with Jan 31, riding for Crow Berlin.

Jan and I met at the Khora collective in 2022 while working together. After Khora ceased operations in June 2022, we both continued messengering at Crow Berlin, what is also a worked-owned collective, but specialized on last-mile cargo bike deliveries.
It seems both of us figured out working in a collective (flat hirarchial, worker-owned business) is the way we want to work.

What do you think of collective work? Is it something you could also imaginge to do one day?
Since worker-owned and self-organized work structures seem to be widerly unknown among a lot of people, I thought of making a video just about collectivism in the bike scene at some point.
