Reaching Out MBA is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to educating, inspiring and connecting current and future LGBTQ MBAs and professionals through year-round programming. This programming includes the annual Reaching Out LGBTQ MBA & Business Graduate Conference (ROMBA Conference), the ROMBA Fellowship, which provides scholarship and leadership opportunities for LGBTQ and active ally MBA applicants, Out Women in Business, international summits, summer treks for admitted students, and on-campus LGBTQ club support.
