Ingredients
for Apple mix
Apple pieces (without skin) 250gms
lemon juice 1 tbsp
nutmeg/Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
brown sugar 1 tbsp

for crispy layer
Brown & White sugar 50 GMS
wheat flour/ Maida 90 GMS
butter 50 GM
Rolled oats 2-3 tbsp

Recipe
1. All ingredients in the apple mix, combine together. And arrange like a flat layer in the backing tray.
2.In a bowl add wheat flour, sugar, butter and oats . combine everything until it becomes granulated structure.
3. Pour this mixture on the top layer in the baking tray.
4 . bake until the top layer is crispy ( 30 min in 180c)in preheated oven .
5. serve hot hot apple crust with ice cream or whipped cream.
