Hello guys, from feedback, Engineer Builds need Boundless Energy to grant infinite N'Erudian Energy. The problem is when you want this Bonus, the game may not let you have it for a long time of rolling. Beisde ths Bonus, I found that Artful dodger is perfectly compensating Boundless Energy.
If you still rolling for Boundless Energy, and if you get Artful Dodger, you can keep this and try this build. The build is Critical Damage on skill crit chance 45%.
