Oh man was this one a really tedious grind. I was so unwilling to continue that it took ages to finish. But now it is here, and it is "meh" at best. Guaranteed sounds nice on paper, but really you get so many scratches from a normal combo that shifting to use more whips in them doesn't really make up for it. Sure, you build more in the neutral from d+b3 and df1/db1, but otherwise, it's not very special. If you're playing with gear on, her sets are probably more worth it than this.

All this is mainly from the 3000 minutes, it can't help but feel like a letdown when it's so mundane for such a grind in return. Then again, Catwoman was always pretty good so she didn't need heaps of help.
