Описание к видео Cold Steel RECON TANTO SK-5 vs San Mai desktop handling [no audio, no commentaries, no music] HD

Here is a side by side high resolution video showing handling of the two versions of Cold Steel RECON TANTO fixed blades in SK-5 (~$40 on Amazon) vs San Mai (~$100 on Amazon). It is not a review. It only shows the appearance differences. Their grips are the same. Weights are the same (SK-5 = 8.8 oz, San Mai = 8.6 oz). Both handle excellently on my hands. Very comfortable and not slippery. The San Mai is shiny and is pleasant to look at. The powder coat on SK-5 will detach while you are wiping oils onto it. But due to the low cost, I use the SK-5 more often. I love the sheath. It was nylon soft sheath decades ago. Now the hard plastic sheath are studier and easier to attach. Some say it dulls the knife but I did not notice it. I sharp my own knife easily.
