2012 Ford Mustang Badge Emblem Modification and Restoration

I had the idea to modify the badge on my car when I got it back in May of 2021. I like the original, but I wanted something a little more subtle. You can buy covers online to make the bottom part of the badge black. They look pretty good, but I haven't seen any up close.
I also thought it would be cool to paint the inner rim the same color as my car, so I decided to paint it myself which was a much bigger project than I anticipated. Though, I did learn a lot about spray painting, and sanding, so much sanding.
I'll admit, I did go a little overboard with blacking out the pony and the stripes. I should have left that part alone. I liked it, but I could tell people weren't too crazy about it. I am happy with the black and blue pieces. They have been holding up really well. The clearcoat I used is amazing.
This video was shot with a DJI Osmo Action 4 camera. I didn't realize until after shooting that I had Wide Angle selected on the camera, so that's why it might have a little bit of fish eye sometimes. Why that is the default on cameras is a mystery.
