Picketing your horse

In this video we go through the process of teaching a horse the patience that is needed to be picketed. We teach them to not fight, and to give to a rope around the fetlock. This benefit also carries across to situations where the horse might get caught in wire. They will not be as likely to struggle and fight against it and hurt themselves. And then in this video we also follow through and picket the horse. This is a recording of one of the classes that we taught here at Dry Creek Wrangler School.
