I recorded the vocals into the microphone of those white Apple headphones, in a tiny beach-side shack in Mykonos I had rented for the Summer. I was falling in love with an amazing girl who inspired the EP.

'Fool For Your Love' is set in the same alternate universe as 'Rooftops'. We made this video independently, for fun with our best mates, no record label or anything. Thank you to Richard T. Jones for playing the voice of 'Father'.

FOOL FOR YOUR LOVE (after EP)

I needed to submit a song for my Berklee homework that night. I tried for two years to re-record it 'properly', I could never get close to the vibe of the original recording - those little Apple headphones recorded the truth.

When I got back home to L.A, I was working on the song and my neighbour Ryan walked in to my apartment and starts talking into my mic, not knowing it was recording. It landed perfectly in the outro.. the rest of that recording became Harriet Tubman?
