Colleges and Universities, Including SJSU, Should Protect Women’s Sports

After years of being pressured to pretend sex differences aren’t real, female athletes are beginning to stand up and say “no more.” SJSU volleyball co-captain Brooke Slusser has called on her university to protect women’s sports and joined athletes from other teams in multiple lawsuits related to allowing males in women’s sports, including a suit against the Mountain West Conference and the university officials.

Our team at ADF recently traveled to SJSU to report on this unfolding story. We applaud ICONS Women for coming alongside these brave young women and helping them sue those responsible for this injustice.
