Old Haunts is a very bad map for Any%, but I can say that I really like the skips found for the final event.
Alas, the only difficulty in which you can run comfortably is recruit. On cataclysm or legend difficulty, the ambient and random boss are too disturbing, and the bots that are needed to deliver potions die quickly.
