The Ecuadorian armed forces are considered to be professional and its units exists mostly out of elite units and jungle warfare units. More than 100.000 active frontline soldiers and reaching 400.000 soldiers annually. These soldiers are protecting the sovereignty of Ecuador and doing peace keeping missions in Haiti and few other African countries. The armed forces of Ecuador consists of Navy, Arial, and land forces.
