I deleted netflix on my old ipad 2 (2011)
Today I reinstalled it.
These are instructions to reinstall it.. you don't have to watch the video:

1. Open App Store
2. Go to bottom and hit "Purchased"
3. Now type at the top left "Netflix"
4. Finally.. tap on the cloud icon to download it.
5. a popup will appear asking if you want to download the last compatible version for your ipad. Click Yes...

Voila.. you are running netflix on an old ipad 2.
