This recipe is originally from 2011, and I retested it incorporating user feedback, rephotographed it, and rewrote the post. This awesome plant-based version of the classic Louisiana dish Red Beans and Rice. Spicy, flavorful, and über affordable, this dish needs to go on your menu!
