This video shows the Bream caught on the previous evening being removed from the fridge, its preparation for cooking, development of the batter, and cooking of the fish once battered. I used 1 cup of Plain Four, half a teaspoon of Salt, 1 flat teaspoon of Turmeric, 1 Desert spoon of White Vinegar and used Olive Oil to a quarter of an inch depth.
