Dragon Age: Inquisition - Archer Tempest Rogue Build vs Stormrider Dragon (Nightmare, Solo Trials)

The “filed tests” of my Tempest Rogue builds continue and in this video my Tempest Archer Inquisitor fights against the Gamordan Stormrider, the Exalted Plains’ High Dragon.

Like I always say this Tempest Archer build is a “traditional” one so it’s surely not “unique” as my Stealth Dual Wielding Tempest (you can check this other build here:    • Dragon Age: Inquisition - Dual Wield ...   ).

If you want a high DPS Tempest Archer Throwing Blades + Flask of Fire is in the end your only option.
I saw some player using the Leaping Shot/Flask of Fire combo but honestly it always had many limitations when I tried it. Depending from the enemies you are fighting most arrows won’t hit targets and even when fighting larger targets like Dragons I noticed the DPS is not that high.

Once your DPS needs are accounted for you may look for increasing survivability and then Toxic Cloud with Lost in the Mist upgrade is undeniably the best since it allows you to keep to inflict damage while completely ignoring three hits no matter how powerful they are and not just eluding enemy’ sight, so you may want to get it.

Like I said, a traditional build.
