The *NEW* Y9S2 Update is a Massive Disappointment

The New Y9S2 update for R6 is coming out very soon along with the brand new "recruit rework." Fenrir and Solis nerfs are also coming as well as the full release of the r6 marketplace, and the new endless drill mode. Are these changes living up to the hype from the Year 9 roadmap, or is it just one big disappointment?
