Trying to Fix a $150 Gaming PC That Doesn't Turn on - Worth it..?!

Here is a PC that I got as a trade in for $150 AUD (which is like $105 USD~~~) It has some good specs in it, though I was told that the computer just wouldn't boot no matter what the person did. So today we are going to go through a tech yes journey. Enjoy!
