By Hungarian bowyer Grozer, using wood, horn, sinew, bone, fiberglass, and modern glues.
Asymmetric BIOCOMPOSITE LAMINATED HUNNISH BOW

total length: 58"
length between siyahs: 52"
length strung: 52"
draw weight: 44#@28
The biocomposite bows made by this technology consist of the following materials: the middle layers of wood, the inner layer of pressed horn, while the outer layer of pressed sinew plate. These two layers are glued to the wooden plate by modern glue and the glued layer gets a fibre strengthening. Due to these biocomposite materials, the modern technology and materials these bows are faster than the simple laminated bows. They are appreciably soft, have long draw length and without any resonance when drawing.
These bows give almost the same shooting experience than a hornbow and even their appearance is similar, although the biocomposite bows are flatter.

As for Hunnic archery, Procopius mentions Meroses of Hunnic Foederati, but mostly how they were utilized by the Romans in battle, not so much their technique like he does the Mounted Toxotai. Both Bucellarius and I assume that it was mostly similar, with adjustments that can be made due to armor, headwear, draw length of bow, etc.

The other books, such as book I, also tells of Hunnic Foederates, with Procopius going as far as naming names, but not necessarily telling any information about their approach to archery, just that they were good at it.
