Today I was joined by Adrian Bozman, best known for his role as Competition Director for the CrossFit Games. Adrian is also a cohost, alongside Pat Sherwood, on his podcast, Varied Not Random, and has long been immersed in the world of physical culture and CrossFit. He's a former CrossFit Training Staff member and was the Head Judge at the CrossFit Games before filling his role now.
