NBC4's David DeGuzman sits down with "The Mental Game" podcast host Brandon Saho. Brandon is a former sports reporter in Cincinnati who dealt with suicidal thoughts for much of his life. After hitting rock bottom, Brandon checked into a mental hospital and turned things around, pouring his energy into his podcast. In each episode of "The Mental Game", Brandon talks with athletes and celebrities about mental health, hoping his conversations help end the stigma surrounding the topic.
